Public & Neighborhood Parking

Month-to-month parking available to the public. 

 If you are a current or future resident at Northwest Apartments, please contact your building manager to add on parking.

RENTAL CRITERIA

  • Open to the public for a parking-only contract.
  • Open to residents living at sister communities managed by Northwest Apartments.
  • Parking agreements are on a month-to-month term, running from the 1st to the last day of each month. 
  • First month's rent will be prorated/adjusted if starting on a different day other than the 1st.
  • Required non-refundable $55 application fee for processing & credit check.
  • Required parking deposit equal to one month's rent paid upfront. Deposit may be refunded upon cancellation or applied to last month's rent - see lease for details.
  • All payments are made online via the Northwest Apartments Resident Portal.
  • A valid copy of your Driver’s License & vehicle info (make, model, year, color, license plate) must be attached to the application.

TERMINATION OF LEASE

  • 20-day written notice prior to the last day of your final month is required. 
    • For example, if you want to end parking on June 30, please submit notice by June 10 (see below for more details).
  • Notice can be submitted online via the Northwest Apartments Resident Portal or emailed to your Property Manager. 
  • Notice must include a valid forwarding address to send a deposit statement and deposit refund, if any.
  • Missed payments of parking rental in one-month arrears will results in lease termination and subject to towing at vehicle owner's expense. 
  • All garage door/gate remotes must be returned to Property Manager upon move out. Subject to $100 fee if remote is not returned.
** Northwest Apartments may terminate any non-resident's parking with 30-days written notice to rent the spot to an existing tenant. Please be advised that all parking contracts are month-to-month, and we do not allow long-term leases as our apartment tenants always take priority. If available, we will do our best to offer parking at neighboring or nearby Northwest Apartments buildings so you may transfer if such a situation arises. 


CURRENT PARKING TENANTS FAQs
  • Please contact your property manager if any questions/concerns arise - towing or asking a vehicle to move, garage remote not working, cannot access gate, etc.
  • Please refer to your Online Resident Portal for all payments and giving notice of cancellation (see section above).
  • If you recently got a new car, new license plate, or are using a rental car, please update your vehicle info on the Resident Portal to avoid confusion and possible towing if we do not have the updated info on record.
