I've lived in over 20 different apartment buildings by now. I've never expected much from apartment management unless I was paying a large premium for a luxury apartment complex. I've been thoroughly impressed by Northwest Apartments. Their response time is fast. They have come to reasonable resolutions to all of my concerns.

I've lived at one of the Northwest Apartments properties for about a month now and I'm happy with my new home. Francesca was wonderful and professional. She worked closely with me to provide tours that worked with my schedule and even went out of her way on her days off to accommodate me. She was very responsive to all the questions I had. The leasing process was straightforward and simple. I also recently submitted a maintenance request, and they fixed my concern promptly. I only have good things to say about my experience here.

This is my first time renting with Northwest Apartments and I have nothing but positive things to share about the management.  As a recent college graduate, renting from Northwest Apartments is a perfect option for me.  I am planning on moving closer to capital hill in the fall and will definitely be renting from them again. I love how all of the buildings are vintage and have a ton of character. The fixtures and hardwood floors are beautiful and parts of the apartment are updated as needed.

I was a tenant for 2 years through Northwest Apartments and they were amazing! Shannon Hilliard (my property Manager) was patient, understanding, helpful, and always quick to respond. One of the best places I've ever lived. I only moved out because I moved to a new city. If I ever move back to Seattle; Northwest Apartments would be my first contact!

I moved into Madison Court Apartments in early 2018 and Kim quickly took over management of the buildings after I moved in. I have never met a more helpful, hard-working, or strong individual. She truly cares of all of the tenants and is available to reach at any time of the day or night (and trust me…over the last 5 years I’ve definitely tested this!) She has solved every issue I’ve brought up in an extremely affective and timely manner. She is tough as nails and isn’t afraid of anything or anyone. She makes me feel cherished, safe, and cared for to a degree that I’ve never expected from a building manager. She is truly a gem and I cherish having her in my life. Thanks for taking care of all of us, Kim.
