Casa del Rey is a Seattle Historical Site, built in 1910. This four-story brick building is one of the largest and oldest in the Broadway Commercial District. Many of the apartments feature modernized updates, while still maintaining its old world charm. The porches have decorative black metal railings and the entry is in the center bay. The building features marble entry stairs, an oak door with a transom and sidelights, and white tile walls. Casa del Rey was one of the very few mixed-use buildings for its time, and the storefronts still have their original configuration with recessed entries and transoms. The location is just kitty-corner from the Capitol Hill Light Rail Station, the Seattle Street Car, and multiple bus routes. Broadway has seen many changes over time, but it has always remained a desirable place to live for city dwellers who enjoy the hustle and bustle of this world famous street. Our Casa is on Broadway- yours can be to too, call us today!
