I've lived in over 20 different apartment buildings by now. I've never expected much from apartment management unless I was paying a large premium for a luxury apartment complex. I've been thoroughly impressed by Northwest Apartments. Their response time is fast. They have come to reasonable resolutions to all of my concerns.

This is my first time renting with Northwest Apartments and I have nothing but positive things to share about the management. As a recent college graduate, renting from Northwest Apartments is a perfect option for me. I am planning on moving closer to capital hill in the fall and will definitely be renting from them again. I love how all of the buildings are vintage and have a ton of character. The fixtures and hardwood floors are beautiful and parts of the apartment are updated as needed.

I had such a positive experience working with Northwest Apartments. In all my years as a renter, I can't recall a time where I was met with such customer service. Natalie went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place. She was personable, accommodating, and a joy to work with. I didn't feel rushed or pressured during our appointments, which has been a common experience of mine. After a couple of viewings, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and couldn't be happier. I've already told a few friends looking for a new place to check out their website.
